I am enjoying the FOTGA extension tube combo with my 4/3rd 50-200mm telephoto lens on the OMD-EM1. Below is a dragonfly I spotted sunning himself.
The FOTGA extension tubes add an additional 26mm extension (+16mm for the 4/3rds to micro 4/3rds adapter).
Mostly a photography related blog. Think About Photography refers to being ready for getting a photo at all times. This generally means carry your camera around with you as much as possible. Even without a camera, I am imagining how scenes would look in a photo..

FOTGA Extension Tube DG for micro 4/3rd camera Review
I purchased the FOTGA 10 and 16 mm set of extension tubes from Amazon recently. I have used these with my 4/3rd 50-200 mm F2.8-F3.5 Telephoto and 4/3rds 50 mm F2.0 lenses. I use these on an Olympus OMD-EM1. These lenses must be used with the 4/3rds to micro 4/3rds adapter which already adds about 26mm of extension to the lenses. For the 50mm F2.0 lens, here is some rough focusing distance values:
50mm F2.0 with 26 mm 4/3rds/micro 4/3rds adapter: Closest focusing distance: 5"
with FOTGA 10 mm extension tube: Closest focusing distance: 4"
with FOTGA 16 mm extension tube: Closest focusing distance: 3.5"
with FOTGA 10 and 16 mm extension tubes: Closest focusing distance: 3"
Again these are rough measurements.
I like the results of the images with the adapters and will post some images at a later date. These are fairly cheap extension tubes but appear to be fairly well made. Having auto focus when using the extension tubes is a plus.
Update: I have used these for a couple of months now. The fit seems a little loose, but there are no problems with light leaks or functionality. I can still recommend them.

Cosmicar Television Lens on OMD-EM1
I have had a Cosmicar video lens for quite some time. I never have used it for anything. I decided to purchase a C-mount adapter for micro 4/3rds and try it on my EM-1. It fits perfectly and works. Here are the specs for the lens:
Cosmicar Television Lens
25mm 1:1.4
Min Aperture 16
Focus 22ft to Infinity
It actually focuses a lot closer, maybe 15" on the EM-1.
I got my adapter from: C mount to micro 4/3 rds adapter
I had no problems attaching the lens to the adapter. No problems attaching the adapter to the camera. No I can get some use out of the lens.

Through the Viewfinder - TTV - for Kodak Brownie Reflex
I like grungy dreamy images. Photographing images through the viewfinder allows one to make this type of image directly with hardware, not later in software. This appeals to me.
I have a Kodak Brownie Reflex camera which has a nice sized viewfinder. It also has spots and dirt that makes for a cool image. I made an TTV adapter for the Kodak to use with my Olympus OMD-EM1. I constructed the adapter out of thick cardboard, like the back of a watercolor pad or something like that. I always save these pieces of cardboard for projects. The diagram for cutting out the shapes is shown below.
I glued the adapter together with hot glue. I also strengthened the adapter with duct tape. Below are some images of the finished adapter on the camera.
Here is an example image take TTV.
